Arkanum Pictures will be present with their production Schwesterherz at the special event Panorama of the 75th Berlinale. Schwesterherz is a film drama and the feature film debut of Sarah Miro Fischer. Created as a LEUCHTSTOFFE project by RBB and Medienboard Berlin Brandenburg and produced by the German Film and Television Academy Berlin in co-production with Arkanum Pictures, Schwesterherz will celebrate its world premiere on February 14 at the Panorama section of the 75th Berlinale.
The drama revolves around Rose and her older brother Sam, who have a close bond. When Sam is accused of rape, Rose is asked to testify against him as part of the investigation. This not only puts her relationship with him to the test, but also her moral integrity. In Sister Heart, director Sarah Miro Fischer explores the complex dynamics of a deep sibling relationship. She sheds light on how a close connection can influence the perception of reality and which experiences are capable of breaking even the strongest bonds.
