The program is equity-free. We only charge a success fee in the event of a successful fundraising. The fee amounts to 3% of the total investment raised, capped at €20,000.
The success fee is only applicable if an investment is closed within 18 months of the program start — unless investor commitments or signed term sheets were already in place at the beginning of the program.
