7SACHEN at the UFA

The 7SACHEN Netzwerkabend is a series of events where creatives are regularly offered a stage. Here they have the opportunity to present their ideas and projects, visions or concerns. There are hardly any restrictions on the format – from poetry slams to music to classic PowerPoint presentations, anything is possible. There is only one time limit: seven creative people each have seven minutes.

On September 12, 2024, the 7SACHEN networking evening took place in the building of the UFA in Potsdam-Babelsberg. This time, the MediaTech Hub Potsdam was on board as a cooperation partner. The event started at 19:00.

The evening’s program was varied and creatives from various fields presented their work. Among others, the painter and visual artist Max Grote, the designer for online and offline media Mirja Dittrich and the event moderator Gottfried Haufe took part. From the film sector, cinematographer Sebastian Hattop and editor Jana Dugnus gave an insight into their work. Julian Zietemann, co-founder of 2Sync, an alumni startup from the MediaTech Hub Accelerator program, was also on hand to present his team’s work. The musical conclusion of the program was provided by the brothers Sebastian and Daniel Selke, who also perform under the pseudonym CEEYS and combine various influences from pop, avant-garde, chamber music and electronic music. Afterwards, there was the opportunity to network and exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere.
