The MediaTech Hub Potsdam team is growing, and we are looking for immediate support for our Accelerator. As a Startup Program Manager specialising in Coaching & Dealflow (m/f/d) , you will become the central link between early-stage startups, investors, and our community.
Your Mission at the MTH Accelerator:
In our small, ambitious team, you will take on a high level of responsibility and guide startups from their first vague idea through to their funding round. Your tasks are as diverse as the innovations here in Potsdam:
- Coaching & Sparring: You will provide individual support to startups regarding business models, fundraising, and investor readiness.
- Dealflow & Scouting: You will identify promising teams, screen pitch decks, and bring the brightest minds into our programmes.
- Networking: You will connect our founders with business angels, VCs, and mentors, and prepare them for pitch sessions.
