Our Shared Success Model

• 100% equity-free: You retain full ownership of your shares. 

• Fair success fee: Only if you raise capital within 18 months will a 3% success fee be charged (capped depending on the round size, max. €100,000). 

• Brandenburg bonus: Start-ups from Brandenburg receive a one-time free place in the programme.
