MTH Startup Discovery: New Ideas Meet Industry Practice
At the MediaTech Startup Discovery event on May 28, the stage belonged to Brandenburg’s digital pioneers: 12 startups from the MTH Accelerator presented their solutions directly to representatives of leading media companies, technology partners, and investors. The goal: to highlight potential and pave the way for concrete collaborations.
In concise three-minute pitches, the startups presented their visions for the future of media, content, and production. The startups on site: clearlea.se, creamAI, EINBLIQ.IO, emori, Graphrs, Lulaa, Mimic Minds, Radiozeit, seven200. AI Studios, Skillbid.io, SONALAB. and unframe
The solutions presented ranged from AI-powered video production and scalable production workflows to voice AI, audio intelligence, and 3D AI avatars, as well as agentic observability for streaming platforms and new approaches to knowledge sharing and collaboration. These ideas no longer focus solely on individual production steps; rather, they have a profound, holistic impact on processes, communication, distribution, and organization.
The audience was presented the full spectrum of current media tech innovations. Participating companies and partners included ad modum, ARTE, Amazon Web Services (AWS), the German Broadcasting Archive, filmfriend, Google, ProSiebenSat.1, rbb, RTL Deutschland, Studio Babelsberg, UFA, as well as the KONRAD WOLF Film University Babelsberg, the Brandenburg Economic Development Corporation (WFBB), and the Brandenburg Ministry of Economic Affairs.
What will we take away from this day? It was the unique mix of people in attendance—both on stage and in the audience—that made this Startup Discovery event so special. We’d like to thank all the startups, partners, and guests for their compelling pitches, their openness during the discussions, and the many conversations that followed!
