Die Organisation und Koordination der verschiedenen Gewerke auf einer Baustelle ist oft eine gro\u00dfe Herausforderung. Eine mangelhafte Kommunikation und eine fehlerhafte Planung f\u00fchren oft dazu, dass die Kosten- und Zeitplanung nicht eingehalten werden kann. Das Potsdamer Start-up koppla<\/a> hat sich diesem Problem angenommen und entwickelt ein Produktionssystem, mit dem Planung und Kommunikation optimiert und damit Kosten und Bauzeit reduziert werden k\u00f6nnen. MTH Accelerator: Was habt ihr vor koppla gemacht?<\/strong>
koppla:<\/strong> Wir sind alle direkt aus dem Studium in das Abenteuer koppla gestartet. Schon w\u00e4hrend des Studiums haben wir jedoch ordentlich Praxiserfahrung bei Start-Ups in verschiedenen Bereichen getankt – Marco hat als Team-Lead in einem Handwerker Start-Up gearbeitet und sp\u00e4ter f\u00fcr etablierte Bauunternehmen Prozessanalysen durchgef\u00fchrt, Lasse hat u.a. bei SAP in den USA Erfahrungen in der Softwareentwicklung gesammelt und Jerome ist in der Berliner Start-Up Szene rumgekommen bevor er aus Nigeria f\u00fcr die GIZ im Energieprogramm gearbeitet hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MTH Accelerator: Was ist koppla?<\/strong>
koppla:<\/strong> koppla entwickelt ein Produktionssystem f\u00fcr Gro\u00dfbaustellen, auf dem General- und Nachunternehmen auf einem System zusammenarbeiten. So kann auf St\u00f6rungen in Echtzeit reagiert und der Bauprozess datengetrieben optimiert werden. koppla wird hierbei mittlerweile von mehreren etablierten Bauunternehmen im gesamten DACH-Raum genutzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MTH Accelerator: Warum der MTH Accelerator?<\/strong>
koppla:<\/strong> Der MTH Accelerator bietet uns als Start-Up in der Wachstumsphase das Sparring mit anderen Gr\u00fcndern sowie viel Expertise \u00fcber ein starkes Netzwerk in den unterschiedlichsten Bereichen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus haben wir gerne das Co-Working des MTH Accelerator genutzt und dabei besonders die kurzen Entscheidungswege bei Anliegen aller Art gesch\u00e4tzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MTH Accelerator: Warum koppla?<\/strong>
koppla:<\/strong> 80% aller Baustellen sind \u00fcber den Kosten bzw. der Zeit. Ein gro\u00dfer Teil davon ist auf mangelhafte Kommunikation bzw. Fehlplanungen zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren. koppla kombiniert eine Planung nach LEAN Construction mit einem einfachen Kommunikationssystem und verbessert somit sowohl die Planung als auch die Kommunikation im Bauablauf. So werden Kosten gesenkt und die Bauzeit verk\u00fcrzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
