Media Production is a deeply collaborative endeavor, where everything has to run like clockwork. Add tight deadlines, complex technologies, diverse teams and you get a highly demanding work environment. Amidst these current times of social, technological, and economic transformations, the media industry calls for a reimagined approach to collaboration.

What part would you like to play in this highly changing media “playground”?

Let’s tackle these media challenges and brainstorm solutions, using interactive LEGO® Serious Play® methodologies.

In partnership with CEQTOR Venture Studio and MediaTech Hub Potsdam (MTH Innovator), we invite you to activate your creativity and explore future visions of collaboration.

This interactive session will:

• Use LEGO®-bricks to construct a shared vision of an increasingly collaborative Future of Work

• Share ideas and spark discussions regarding skills, tools, and resources that can help you navigate the changing media landscape

• Foster an imaginative and playful approach to explore each other’s professional priorities and values

Olympia Tsakiridou works as a Program- and Project Manager for the MediaTech Hub Innovator, a program that fosters and enables cross-industry MediaTech- Innovations. Being an informed optimist and advocate of the Holistic Innovation paradigm, Olympia sees Innovation as an opportunity for the creation of a better, more meaningful, and empowered Future of Work, in which technology and human collaboration go hand in hand.

VASILI SCHEWELOW, Co-Founder CEQTOR Venture Studio

Vasili Schewelow is the Managing Partner Co-Founder of CEQTOR Venture Studio and the founder of the innovation agency Der Ideenbotschafter. As a design thinker, innovation enthusiast, and LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitator, he dedicates his expertise and experience to guiding entrepreneurs and startups on their paths to success. With his profound experience in imparting entrepreneurial knowledge, he assists founders, startups, established companies, and public organizations in developing new ideas for complex challenges, as well as implementing new work methods and innovative processes.
