 TRANSFORM 2025

TRANSFORM is returning to Berlin on March 19 & 20, 2025 and will once again bring together the personalities of the German and international digital landscape. The B2B lead event of the digital association Bitkom offers a platform for C-level decision-makers to discuss the latest trends and technologies in the field of digital transformation.

TRANSFORM supports companies in successfully facing the challenges of the digital age. As a pure business event, it focuses entirely on the topics of digitalization. More than 5,000 participants are expected to attend on both days. Bitkom’s Digital Office Conference (March 19) and Work & Culture (March 20) will also take place within this framework. While the latest digital workplace tools for companies will be discussed at the Digital Office Conference, Work & Culture will provide insights into the digital working world of tomorrow.

TRANSFORM takes place in an off-location in the middle of Berlin and has four main areas: Expo & Stages, Learning & Networking.

  • The Expo area will showcase concrete solutions for the digitalization of business processes as well as pioneering ideas for the use of new technologies. The Get Started Area brings together innovative tech start-ups and established companies.
  • The Stages area consists of three stages and offers more than 200 hours of program. You can expect top-class speakers from the worlds of business, science and politics.
  • The Learning Area is all about building up targeted knowledge about digital transformation, including through focused management briefings and individual consultations. There will be deep dives into technologies such as AI, quantum computing, AR & VR and hybrid clouds.
  • Our networking formats, where users can exchange ideas with each other, bring together digital managers who are facing similar challenges.
